Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is one of Miami’s most historic neighborhoods. The lush tropical canopy that shades most of the area adds a verdant, relaxing atmosphere that seems to just exude tranquility. Coconut Grove is home to many artists, outdoor enthusiasts and everyone in between with its close proximity to Brickell and Downtown. Historic multi-level homes are available for sale all the way up to towering residential high-rises enjoying vistas over crystalline Biscayne Bay. “The Grove”, as it is affectionately referred to by proud locals, is truly a special place and one of Miami’s most defining residential options.

Enjoy seaside dining and live music at such landmark establishments as Monty’s, Scotty’s Landing and the beautiful Chart House. A mélange of other restaurants and nightlife options, as well as art galleries, boutique shopping and a world-class movie theatre are all available around Coco Walk, the cultural and retail center of Coconut Grove. A multitude of immaculately maintained public parks and activities are at your fingertips all year round, making Coconut Grove a great place to raise a family or just to enjoy on one of Miami’s signature sunny days.

Coral Gables

Coral Gables is one of Miami’s most iconic neighborhoods. “The Gables” as it is affectionately referred to, is actually the first American suburb designed completely with the automobile in mind. George Merrick, Coral Gable’s founding founder, wanted the neighborhood to be an ideal place for a leisurely Sunday drive, and his dream was immaculately preserved in the city’s design. Tree lined streets comfortably amble into gentle curves and are named for cities and towns in Spain. Coral Gables is known as one of Miami’s more affluent neighborhoods with a multitude of large and architecturally stunning single-family homes, most done in the Mediterranean revival style. Coral Gables also offers many mid-rise residential buildings that are beautifully detailed and often reflect the same architecture seen throughout the surrounding area.

The retail and cultural center of Coral Gables is centered around SW 22nd street, known as Miracle Mile. This thoroughfare is lined with delectable restaurants, amazing shopping opportunities, art galleries, theatres and everything you’d want to live a cultured lifestyle. Coral Gables is centrally located in greater Miami, so the airport, Downtown, Coconut Grove, Brickell and South Beach are all just a short drive away.
